Is StatDataViewer really free with all features?
Yes. There are no paywalled features and no trial period. The paid plans exist to support development — not to unlock anything.
How do I request a refund?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Email support@statdataviewer.com within 30 days of purchase. Requests are processed within 1–2 business days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email support@statdataviewer.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" at any time before your next billing date. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
What happens after I cancel?
Your license remains valid until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged at the next renewal. You can re-subscribe any time by purchasing a new license.
Can I use StatDataViewer for commercial work?
Yes. Both the free and paid versions may be used for personal and business work, including clinical trial data review, regulatory submissions, and internal statistical work. See the Terms for full details.
